It is very terrible that manufacturers are switching to health-damaging OLED.

- Intel Arc's are fine since you won't be using this "flagship" laptop for gaming anyways
- U series CPU, underpowered ones?
- non-upgradeable ram wont matter if you go straight for the 32GB RAM option which should be good for even 200 tabs on a web browser and multitasking with other programs running in the background
- just display the resolution at 2k on a 3k or 4k screen.
- Do you mean touch response rate or the actual screen refresh rate? Did a quick google search and no one's mentioned higher refresh rate = smoother touch response unless you have a higher response rate...
- It comes with HDMI 2.1a, doesn't it? And SD is microSD?
- who cares about webcam, mic and speakers
- weight can be an issue yes.

- dGPU downgraded from Nvidia RTX to Intel Arc with barely supported drivers
- no more U-series CPU option on a chassis that could barely cool U-series
- non-upgradeable ram
- lack of 2K display options for long battery life
- lack of 120Hz refresh rate option for smooth touch UI experience
- stylus not updated to latest MPP 3.0 protocol
- ports not updated to latest HDMI and SD standards
- webcam, microphone and speakers not updated, still all terrible
- extremely heavy weight compared to Galaxy Book and LG Gram 15-16" convertibles

And they call this thing a "flagship"?

The laptop has actually many issues: heating up too much, they removed a keyboard key to put a fingerprint reader while there was so much space on the sides of the  trackpad..., this makes it almost impossible to program on this laptop (import keys are missing and can only be achieved with very difficult and undocumented key combinations), then there is also the issue of the keyboard lightning, it is impossible to keep it on. And in the dark it is very difficult to find the button that turns that on again...

I can't recommend this device anymore
