Yep! And as you noted, it's also worse:

Something to hope your company won't choose for its associates, and something that will probably pollute the Dell Outlet refurb unit selection for yet another round.

On the other hand,

Nice option to have, but one we have to hope won't be locked behind absurdly-priced base configs with other stuff you don't need.
