How is it a cheat if it throttles some apps but runs the benchmark at full power? Isn't the benchmark supposed to run at full power? And isn't that to show exactly what thr device is capable of? So in not throttling the benchmark app, the app is running and measuring as intended. What is the actual problem here?

And now, how could Exynos get near SD performance if it can't unleash maximum power and heat while under power SD in the same models.
The issue affects Samsung flagships in general, even the Snapdragon variants benefited from this trick when compared to smartphones manufactured by other companies. Honestly it's still a wonder how Samsung can keep doing so well despite failing and cheating so often...

Geekbench has decided to delist the Samsung Galaxy S22 series along with the Galaxy S21 range, the Galaxy S20 lineup, and all models in the Samsung Galaxy S10 family from its Android benchmark chart. The popular synthetic benchmark site has taken this drastic action in regard to the ongoing Game Optimizing Service (GOS) controversy.
