If you can use the tmobile variant, the starting cost goes down by $100. And while you are choosing the tmobile variant, the trade in values increase as well; the note20 ultra was quoted for $800 trade in value. Or at least, that's how it was when I put my pre order.

Don't forget to add a referral code to get a bit more off the pre-order. 512gb version came out to be 475 before taxes, 610 with taxes due to tax on full price.

How's it possible to trade in a note 20 ultra for $600 and get for $499? I traded in the 22ultra for $700 and that's about the price I'm paying. The phone starts at $1,199 base model, although with Pre-order you can get the $1,299 12gb ram 256gb storage.

Hello there. Author here.
That was a silly error that has now been fixed.

Thanks.

The Galaxy S22 series already appears to offer excellent value for money relative to other premium phones and Samsung will be hoping to spice up sales with an attractive trade-in program that allows Galaxy Note 20 Ultra owners to upgrade to the Galaxy S22 Ultra with just US$499.
