in portrait mode, the ipad mini 6 is refreshing the lcd screen from right to left, cause of the jelly scrolling effect issue; not from top to bottom as in landscape mode

in the ipad mini 2, for example, in portrait mode the lcd screen is refreshed from top to bottom

can apple confirm that same jelly scrolling effect issue as normal behaviour in the ipad mini 2 !?!

The plaintiff accuses Apple of fraudulent marketing because it continues to sell the 2021 iPad mini 6 without fixing the jelly scrolling issue or disclosing it in its marketing materials.
