There are hundreds of 3840x1100 displays available from AliExpress for less than $200.

And with AliExpress you get your money back if it doesn't turn up.

That's just half a screen. You could just take a normal monitor and cover up half of it

Odd move to make when a growing segment of the market demands displays with a 3:2 aspect ratio. Also, that "for games" mockup is straight up laughable. You can't see anything!
