1. because of hi res sensors, brands ditch 2-3x in mid range or if included, its useless even.
2. 10x/hi res 5x is nothing new, but not for Vivo, so to one up the others it got to be more.
3. In my Vivo phone I miss Intervalometer for stills in pro mode, not sure how its in latest one, but hw is not everything, so its hard to say how powerful it can be when compared to xperia.

Vivo's upcoming flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen 1-powered smartphone is said to launch as the NEX 5, thereby resurrecting its series' name in the process. It is also now said to have a relatively massive 7-inch display and to have a rear telephoto camera with better specs compared to what has emerged in 2022 to date.
