Totally agree, if they want to delay piracy for the launch they can use DRM but please remove it once it has been cracked, no use having it after that. A good example is the Witcher 2 launch which required activation until a patch a few days later removing that need entirely.

When using a legal product is more problematic than a bootlegged one... might as well skip official channels altogether? DRM is s silly waste of time and effort, always been, always will be.

An official declaration on Intel's website states that the DRM issues arising out of Alder Lake's hybrid architecture have been resolved. Any existing problems should be resolved via game/operating system updates.
