It's the same as the Ford GT and the Ferrari LaFerrari.  So yeah it'll work the same way.  They'll take all your profits.

You're not making millions on a Lightning anyways so it's not worth the headaches. If you think you can win, then go ahead and try it buddy.

That is not how it works when you own something. Sell it and use the profit to win in court. Then file a counter claim for damages/lost wages. Lose lose for Ford.
