I got more time than money.. Lol.. I can wait.. They already have my deposit. And I'm super ok with waiting until 2023 or after to get a realistic price on the truck..

Doesn't matter. There are plenty of people willing to buy these few first F-150's. Look at how may people jumped in on the $125K Teslas when Elon first started producing cars. It didn't kill demand one bit that the cars were well over $100K.

Maybe I live in the land of the "haves"  but I see more $100K plus cars a day than I can count.

STOP PURCHASING ALL INFLATED PRODUCTS.
WELL I can tell you when salmon prices dropped, I had to sell a custom home on a lake all my new cars and a classic t-bird at 35.   I commercial fished in wa. And Alaska for 50 years, and rode a bike and took transit for three years before I was able to purchase a geo metro from volunteers of America for $950.
My point is LET THIS GREED destroy them, we lost a thriving Fisheries in WA when our government gave it to INDIANS without compensation to whites. If you have nothing our government and billionaires not care, there raising prices when they have been making billions for decades, the poor are losing the rich need more billions in order to make it so they tell us.
From what I can tell the wa native tribes are the only tribes that got anything at all, out of all of North America. Tribes have a very valid claim to all of AMERICA, before we came the tribes were in Heaven. It's only right , our government should not act like there compensating Native Americans in wa only, because no one else is losing anything, and the Indians thought they had won something. But the fishery is not profitable, they spend money from casinos on the boats they don't make money with, and another loss is the loss of tribal members lives because they weren't fishing before and without someone to teach , we've had deaths here of young boys and girls.
The wealthiest need to loose, we all need to be accountable for what happened when our forefathers slaughtered Native Americans , they circled tribes killed the men before they were able to defend themselves, then set fire to the huts where the women and children were.
We've known this for a long time and have done nothing, and we pride ourselves as being a country of , can I say GOD BLESS AMERICA TYPES
Best of luck

JUST DONT BUY THE TRUCK. Everyone HODL. Once these trucks sit on the lot for 9-12 months the price will plummet. And if we don't buy them the dealership won't buy them if the dealership don't buy them ford will have invested billions into something nobody is buying because the dealership markup. Then Ford starts putting pressure on dealerships. HODL and don't even think about buying that truck for 30k over. If I see one on the road in the first couple months I and probably everyone els in here will point and laugh at you. Paying 70k for a 40k truck hahahaha.

There is no excuse for this mark up above MSRP. Boundless greed by dealership. Why not just charge the MSRP, put people in line by first come first served method like paying for groceries. When the product is sold out, you just have to wait your turn till it comes up as more units become available. If you go directly to Ford what's to keep them from jacking up the MSRP to begin with? So the customer is always the loser.

Not enough raw materials for batteries to equipped the supply for the future. Electric cars will be for the rich and the avg masses will be forced into mass transit , bicycles, etc. City in the UK is already trying to do it! Do a search...

The powers that be are hard at work to make you immobile. When you're immobile you're vulnerable. Once all ICE vehicles are outlawed/ taxed to death we'll be in electric vehicles with tiny ranges. Most people will NEED to charge daily. Your personal freedom of transportation will be tied directly to the electrical grid.

A flip of the switch...grid is off and citizens are immobilized. Fish in a barrel.

This is just making other brands more lucrative to consumers.  I'm not buying into 100% EV's. Just doesn't make any sense in my line of work. I travel extensively and EV's can't compete with gassers.

I believe when the Lightning finally rolls out no one will have saved any money, whatever statistics say, they have been manipulated to bring sales. The big picture is to tax personal vehicle ownership to bring it to extinction. Governments are working on mass transit now, in the UK and here in San Diego, CA. Once gas and diesel is gone, EV's are the final act. Enjoy overpaying for the most profitable vehicles manufactued, pickups.
