2 x USB Type A 3.2 Gen 2

Is this correct? Other reviews say 2 x USB Type A 2.0 or the prototype laptop in this review is the chosen one?

> didn't laminate them

Yeah it is interesting. TBH I would rather they be matte + on-cell touch, but a lot of that is on the panel manufacturer to make available. At least the way they are should make them somewhat more cheaply replaceable in the event of burn-in.

I simply do not understand why asus went all the way to use oleds in their laptops but didn't laminated them. These plastic displays with super duper reflective surface is very annoying. Bought a zenbook 13 and returned it after half a day.

The Dell Inspiron 16 Plus achieves better gaming performance with the 3050 than this Asus with the 3050 Ti

The 3050 from the Inspiron 16 has a TDP of 65w while the 3050 Ti from the Asus has a TDP of only 50w

You can see the dell Inspiron 16 plus test on Notebookcheck.

So, about availability,

Intel H35 model is currently listed at €1300 in the UK.

The AMD H45 model is expected to start at $1400 in the USA.

At its price, the lack of USB-C charging/displayout is a sore deal-breaker compared to Lenovo's new Yoga Slim 7 Pro 16.

Instead, new ZenBook Pro 15 AMD model which has identical specs and OLED display, and includes decent port selection would be more interesting to see.

A 400 cd/m² bright OLED display as well as strong hardware from Nvidia and AMD make the 16-inch Vivobook an attractive laptop together with the valuable aluminum casing. However, the tested pre-production device could only almost show a production-ready performance in the test.
