"Certainly no one is losing money."

Money is lost
1) by some of those crypto investment losers financing the winners,
2) if / when the bubble crashes, by the investors still holding crypto,
3) by mankind paying for the climate heated by mining,
4) by those needing GPUs or some other chips for purposes other than mining.

Wow people in here are really foolish. First of all for believing any 40xx or 70xx exists..they do not.
And second of all, for people talking smack about crypto; You know nothing.
Good luck with your useless, air-backed fiat.
Crypto is solving real world problems and creating generational wealth. It is already making absolutely everything that it touches better.
Invest or shut up.
Certainly no one is losing money.
I'm using a defi project as a bank and making 10-20% per week, compounding interest, on coins that are stable.
That's about 100,000% apy with the autocompounding interest.

Have fun with your 2% apr.
The US Dollar is as worthless as the US govt, as is the entire banking sector(who is now getting into crypto by the way, because it solves literally all of their problems).
I don't understand why you would want to prevent people from having opportunities. This is why I say that you know nothing, and are hating senselessly. Crypto is bringing banking to those who have not had the opportunity to ever have a loan. It is allowing the every-man to have part ownership in assets that only billionaires have access to. It destroys traditional finance in all regards. It's used for everything from charity to creating virtual universes with fully functioning digital economies(gaming).

Please continue to hate, to scare others away from crypto. This way, those of us who are purchasing assets now, can make millions for being early adopters, laughing while we take crypto loans out on our crypto assets.
Cashing out is not the endgame. Why the hell would you want to sell your crypto for useless fiat? No, you sell fiat for crypto and leave it.

So thank you for hating crypto for another few years before you can actually comprehend what is happening here.
When you finally realize the power of crypto in 5-10 years, you can buy in and provide liquidity for those of us who are ready to take profits.
Reinvest.
Never convert crypto to fiat

I really hope that whomever invests in crypto, looses everything.

It absolutely deserves to crash and be obliterated by the powers that be.

Any argument you have to legitimize this horrid form of currency is absolute nonsense.

some people don't RTFA. I didn't even RTFA in its entirety. summary: the picture is for people who don't know what large-scale GPU mining looks like, the worker nodes are named after the high end GPUs you are looking for, but you can name your worker nodes whatever you like, I named my 1.6TH/s (supposed to be 2+ TH/s) Cointerra Terraminer IV 'Sony Playstation 3' back in the day, but nobody thought it was a PS3 actually hashing SHA256 that hard.  but these people might actually have connections and DO HODL these GPUs. maybe Malaysia will stop selling GPUs to the rest of the world and leave the rest of the world in the stone-age as they become a break-away civilization.

Dipshits like these people are the reason why GPUs are so much and extremely hard to get nowadays.

So no one notice that all the boxes in the backround are 3060 ti boxes except like one person? This wasn't hard to figure out. The person who wrote the article should have either look at the picture more closely or this is just click bait.

This is a pic from nichash's tutorial from early 2021 on the most profitable mining rig in 2021.  The tutorial uses 3060 Tis and shows this pic.  The above is another fake story to try to alienate miners.
