200mp sensor?  It's amazing who cares.  The megapixel doesn't matter that much.  Considering how long Google used the same 12mp sensor in the Pixel 3-5a phones that competes with high end apple and Samsung phones.

The size of the sensor, optics, a true optical stabilizer and image processing technology determines how good the final image will be.  There are $500+ phones on the market that have 100 megapixel sensors that still obviously lose to the pixel 4a that was a $350 phone.

Also people do not actually print photos much anymore.  6 to 12 megapixel is more than sharp enough for a 6 inch screen display, still higher resolution than 4k.

Samsung's new 200MP ISOCELL camera sensor could debut alongside a Motorola-branded smartphone sometime in H1, 2021. It is probably the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 (Snapdragon 898) powered device we stumbled upon earlier. Xiaomi will follow suit in H2, 2022 and Samsung in 2023.
