They'll probably release an add-on module for an extra USB-C/Thunderbolt port.  ;)

But with just one USB-C type port is the killer. It is a such a great waste even it is a Thunderbolt 4 to use it simply for charging. Getting a Caldigit Element type of TB4 hub can solve the port shortage, but be prepared to foot out another >US$300 and carry a huge 130W power brick around. This defeats the UMPC design.

Boa noite

ASUS UX564PH-71A15CB1 - i7 16Gb 1Tb SSD PCI 3

"GPD uses the same metal chassis materials between the Pocket 3, Win Max, and Win 3 for a similar feel and texture between the lineup."

This is incorrect. Win Max uses a plastic chassis.

How huge will be throttling for CPU if you use it at least 30min all cores + moderate RAM\ disk usage, and how long battery will last.

I think it just waste to put something with 20W+ TDP in 8" formfactor, it is totally unusable for pro use cases.

As far as I understand even stress test show that "Running Prime95, for example, shows the CPU stabilizing in the 1.5 to 1.8 GHz compared to 3.2 GHz on the XPG Xenia 14 equipped with a similar Core i7 CPU."
It is mean you pay $$$ for i7 and got throttled s***.

I honestly don't understand the Verdict.

The 8-inch Pocket 3 squeezes in many of the same features found on full-size laptops including an 11th gen Core i7 CPU, Wi-Fi 6E, PCIe4 NVMe SSD, Thunderbolt 4, and support for Windows 11 and even RS-232. We found only a couple of glaring caveats that we hope future revisions can address.
