Not sure this is a hard and fast rule, but I have two laptop computers.

My newer laptop, an Acer, upgraded to Windows 11 a couple of weeks ago.

My older laptop is a Dell and is upgrading as I speak.

Does that mean the computers are getting invited to upgrade in alphabetical order? Not sure, but it seems to be the case for me. Maybe others can confirm or deny this.
