Forget them on M2 chips!
They'll use always DDR5 @6400MT M2e instead @8400MT/s as LPDDR5X.

SK Hynix has introduced its latest development as high bandwidth memory 3 (or HBM3) as "the world's best-performing DRAM". It is rated for up to 78% greater data-processing rates compared to its predecessor, thanks to its maker's latest TSV technique. HBM3 also has a new maximum capacity per module, thanks to the latest manufacturing processes.
