There has been numerous news about this update coming and yet  this artickle is incorrect. New version is already 12.5.10.

Xiaomi has brought MIUI 12.5 Enhanced Edition to the Mi 11 Ultra globally. The OS update is available as V12.5.7.0.RKAMIXM, which also includes the September 2021 security patch.
