Pick one.  It can't be both.   

Also, stop putting non-standard layout numpads into laptops people.  Unless you have a 17" laptop, leave the numpad OUT.   Center the keyboard.   The 2% that will actually use the numpad can and will buy wireless external numpads with standard layouts for $50 anyway, so just LEAVE IT OUT!

Matte screen, as it should be all the time.  ALL THE TIME.
