there are NO <$450 laptops on the market, nor have there ever been, featuring 72 WH batts (insane claim on your part)...
And how in the world is 11.5 hrs of VP9 playback cosidered "not that great" for a 14'' laptop... (not that you'll get that many, more like 8 hrs if Windows 10.11 is behaving, which is still FANTASTIC in low & mid range devices)

The budget 14-inch laptop launches this October with just 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB eMMC for a presumably affordable starting price. It's going to have a lot to prove as Windows laptops running on ARM have never worked out very well in the past.
