It Can go two Ways, they add oppo features and keep the rest the same or combine the two, but with some of the videos i have watched about oppo's color os it is not even that much slower then oneplus' and maybe even faster in some regards.

OnePlus needs to release security updates every month, not every 2 months. They're saving a ton of money with this consolidation and they have no good excuse not to.

In other words, they lied about keeping Oxygen OS. I'm shocked. 🙄

People were right to call BS when they said it wasn't going anywhere.

OnePlus has announced that its plans to scrap OxygenOS, the OS it has used since 2015. A 'Unified and Upgraded Global Operating System' will arrive in its place, which also replaces Oppo's ColorOS. There will be no OnePlus 9T or OnePlus 9T Pro this year, either.
