Huawei has signalled that it is ready to move on to premium devices with rollable displays, thanks to a new patent that locks its take on this next-gen type of display down. This new IP has been converted into new, high-quality renders that may show how next-gen Mate-series phablets based on this technology might look. The essential effect is somewhat reminiscent of the OEM's first-gen foldable.
