The pro sony xperia phone has a huge vapor chamber spanning almost the entire phone i saw on jerryrigeverything.
So they do have some experience in it i wonder if they did but knowing sony they didnt and this info about the speed is fake

Even if those numbers are taken with a grain of salt, I hope that lead is due Xperia phone having a superior cooling solution which allows better performance out of the 888. I sincerely hope it's due to that reason and that reason alone, since previous Xperia phones I've owned got heat related messages and app shutdowns when using camera. Since Sony is showing off 1iii and 5iii as having serious capabilities over the competition plus it has a 4k 120hz screen (and the 888 runs hot itself), it would be a shame that those features can't be used for long due to phone overheating.
