No design changes and old AMD CPUs for the premium price.. I guess it will top the sales..

Microsoft has not revealed the Surface Laptop 4 yet, but it has added AMD and Intel models to its Download Center. The Surface Laptop 4 is expected to launch as soon as next week with Intel Tiger Lake-U, custom AMD Ryzen Renoir APUs, and two display sizes.
