Vivo is the first brand with a Mediatek Dimensity 1100 chipset and I think this is a good choice for the flagship buyers at a mid-range cost.

Vivo has announced the S9 5G, alongside its more budget S9e 5G sibling. The main event here has the new, 6nm Dimensity 1100 SoC, which is now packaged in a distinctly iPhone 12-like design, complete with a notch for a dual selfie camera. It can be pre-ordered from now in China, starting at ~US$464 for an 8GB RAM base model.
