I'm just about to do a new build and Im looking at continuing to use my old cards because a GPU that's an upgrade will cost very nearly as much as all of the other components combined. It's insane.

Price gouging is not sustainable. People are going to get pissed off and frustrated, and the regulators are going to start sniffing around looking for evidence that there's cartelization going on, and I personally believe there's very likely clear evidence of it.

If anyone from the USTR, FTC or EU starts digging there's likely going to be hell to pay, but it doesn't change the fact we're all getting screwed by this and will be for some time.

I'm able to buy one in France with 1750 Euros ( too pricey).
To be honest i'm Nvidia fan and this is my first AMD card for me. It's worth it?

Still won't be able to buy one. The GPU market has crashed and no one knows when it will recover. For the first time in history it's absolutely pathetic when the average consumer can't even purchase a single GPU because of scalpers and over inflated prices even on outdated tech including on Ebay and Amazon and every other store on the market being *Out of Stock* 😠

In my country the cheapest 6900 XT costs $1625 and the most expensive (Asus TUF) costs $2500. Of course there's none in stock.
We don't need scalpers to inflate the price we already have the retailers. :)

The most powerful Radeon RX 6900 XT has arrived, which Sapphire has paired with a 360 mm AIO. The Sapphire Radeon RX 6900 XT TOXIC should retail for £1,299 in the UK and US$1,499 in the US, but the RDNA 2 card is currently listed for up to £400 more at some retailers.
