It is standard German keyboard. Afaik, notebookcheck.net is originally German, so it is normal to see Quertz-tastatur in their news; in UK should be standard.

Also it's £1100 with the an early adopter discount in UK making it a terrible price.

The configuration is loaded considering the price. Competing flagship Ultrabooks from Dell, HP, or Lenovo would cost well over $1000 if equipped with similar CPU, RAM, and storage options.
