I noticed you stated that the current top tier models cap out at 256GB. My Tab S7+ I have had since November has 512GB of internal storage
Upon further review, I've confirmed 512GB purchase options are still available at Samsung's online store. Not certain where you sourced that this will be a "new" option since it has been available from launch.
Now that I think about it, you may just want to take down this whole article. The only news is Navy. The 512GB model has been available since launch so you're giving out 100% false information there...

I SO want an Amoled 12"+ tablet but it turns out 16:10 aspect just doesn't carry right...   and for my primary use of a large tablet (PDFs) it the S7+ doesn't buy me any more portrait width than an iPad Air...  When the S7+ hit $699 on amazon over the holidays i pretty much realized it wasn't going to be attractive to me.   They need to go back to a 4:3 or 3:2 formfactor.  16:10 is ok for 10" movie viewers but not premium productivity tablets.   I know they went 16:10 to be different and  cater to the consumption crowd but sometimes different isn't better.

The Galaxy Tab S7 and S7+ (or Plus) are 2020 premium tablets launched by Samsung in the same "Mystic" color options as their nearest phone equivalent, the Note 20 Ultra. Now, however, the OEM also offers the slates in its newer S21-series Phantom Navy shade. They will also reportedly have a new 512GB internal storage top end soon.
