You're completely wrong.  The PS4 was hardly more powerful than the base Xbox one (in fact they're the closest the consoles have ever been in performance).

Not to mention the Xbox One X was a lot more powerful than the PlayStation 4 pro.

The difference between the series X and the PlayStation 5 are about 25% The series X is a lot more powerful than the PlayStation 5.

Not trying to argue here ...you're just wrong.

I find it funny that Digital Foundry use to always talk down the performance of the Xbox One, but now that the Xbox Series X is a way better performing system that the PS5 all they say is that's about the overall game experience that matters, absolutely hilarious. Digital Foundry is bias for Playstation and fine, but be fair and balanced, and really call out the PS5 faults instead of softballing it.
You should understand that PS4 was 1.5 times more powerful than Xbox one. However Xbox SX is 1.1 times more powerful than PS5. The power gap between PS4 and Xbox one was far greater than the power gap between Xbox SX and PS5.

IO Interactive's latest Hitman 3 title performs as intended on the Xbox Series X, Series S, and the PlayStation 5. While the quality of the game is great on all three consoles and is able to hit 60 fps throughout, the Series X is able to run the game at native 4K with high shadows while the PS5 drops the resolution slightly to 1800p with medium shadows.
