Why does the reviewer state on multiple occassions that the unit has 2 fans, videos clearly show only one fan

It is just me or the reviews seem biased towards Intel lately? Not only this Dell Latitude review, but so are the 3-5 previous reviews.

If someone could recommend me another laptop reviews website as comprehensive as this, but not that biased or even neutral, i will very much appreciated it
Do you think this obsession of yours is healthy? Do you think it helps you with making right choices? Living a productive life?
Let it go. The world is not going to end if you lay off for a week from "fighting the good fight" on behalf of the Canadian firm.

Do you mind clarifying what this bias is in what context exactly?

Some models of Latitude 5511 and 5510 have Thunderbolt 3 however it is not clear if it is a 20 Gbps port connected to an x2 link, or an x4 PCIe link. Also I found that even though it supports USB-C charging, it requires only Dell chargers. You can't use a compact third party Gallium Nitride (GaN) charger that you also share with your phone when on the go, Dell caps those to 65W: https://www.dell.com/community/XPS/Please-remove-65W-limit-on-third-party-USB-C-chargers/td-p/7410693 or https://www.dell.com/community/XPS/Understanding-Dell-laptops-and-USB-C-power-sources/m-p/7412266 . Similarly if you use some docking/hub monitor with USB charging, it may not work. So USB-C PD is pointless on these laptops because they don't follow the spec.

The Dell Latitude 15 5511 is not exactly what you'd call a small laptop. However, not only is there room for many ports due to the spacious case, but there are also good maintenance options. We will clarify what users can expect from the Latitude 15 5511 in our review.
