This article is wrong. The Xperia 1 II  flagship was first to receive Android 11 in December 2020.

The Xperia 1 and Xperia 5 were the first Sony smartphones to receive Android 11, but the Japanese company has now brought Google's latest OS to the Xperia 5 II. Sony is delivering Android 11 to the Xperia 5 II as a 709.7 MB download.
