That is a concept render that appeared some time before the actual device, if I recall it well. Looks a bit better than the real thing, I would love a dual front camera as well. No big loss with that larger cutout, after all. Maybe add it in a corner or waterdrop-style.

What device is pictured above? Is it just a photoshop? They should make something like this, the Note series is large enough to readily carry such a punch hole without too much drawback compared to their current renditions and the capacity for a highly secure form of facial recognition and enhanced portrait photography from having the extra sensor would be a welcome addition for me personally! I'm not sure how others would feel about the tradeoff of having a more sightly camera cutout.
