Here we thought the RTX 3000 series prices were way off from MSRP and then these AIB Radeon cards come along and blow our minds... who in their right mind would pay MORE for a amd card that performs at or worst level when compared to Nvidia counterpart cards? Not to mention thry dont have the DLSS and maturity of of the rtx maturity on Nvidia?

Better wait and watch the prices for both companies... right now there is no right choice.. its either bad choice or worst choice.

I actually saw this card in stock today for more than 5 minutes. Gigabyte is definitely taking advantage of this scalper situation.

Gigabyte has just held a launch event for its AORUS brand of products where the prices for its AMD Radeon RX 6800 Series-based boards were revealed. Unfortunately for gamers, there seems to be a high premium between Gigabyte's prices and the MSRPs offered up by AMD, with the AORUS Radeon RX 6800 XT Master board costing a hefty US$899.
