It's not just vaccines. And they're not even that bulky. Some companies have been booking air cargo capacity to bridge the upcoming Brexit border debacle (e.g. there was a report that Bentley has secured five 747 to shuttle supplies for them). However, since airlines are struggling, there should be plenty of aeroplanes to go around. Passenger versions are not ideal for carrying cargo, but the capacity is there.

We now have official confirmation that the Samsung 8 nm nodes are suboptimal when it comes to Ampere wafer yields, but this is not the only issue that is causing shortages for the RTX 3000 GPUs. Nvidia CFO Colette Kress revealed that the Samsung foundries are also unable to get enough substrates and components.
