This is literally the best place to read updates about the RN8. Xiaomi really left this baby. It has been almost a year when MIUI 12 got released.

Xiaomi has finalised a fixed MIUI 12 update for the global version of the Redmi Note 8, according to a new report. The new update will be called V12.0.2.0.QCOMIXM, and is now thought to be arriving before the end of the month.
