NVIDIA will lose ray tracing war because consoles will dictate how it should be done.

I really wish these "reviews" would be considered "beta reviews" until such time as the manufacturers released reasonable product quantities to the market.  I don't want to read reviews about products that, even 60 days after "launch" are universally out of stock at retail and online.  It does no one any good to be creating high levels of demand for tech products that are sold directly to scalpers - with no product available for regular consumers.

Higher top framerates and less stability is a win in your case? Now I know why people keep wasting money.

Most of the previous rumors regarding the ray tracing performance of the Navi 21 GPUs are now confirmed directly via an official slide leaked ahead of the review NDAs. Yes, the RX 6800 XT appears to be slower than the RTX 3080 in select 1440p titles with DXR effects on Ultra, but it also appears to beat the RTX 2080 Ti. However, the situation should get better once AMD launches its own version of DLSS.
