It doesn't run N64 emulated. The game shown is an unofficial port which has can run on any old hardware if compiled.

Based on the specs and features of the existing devices (RG350 and followup models), the soc should be a JZ4770, and it shouldn't really run the N64. In fact, older models, at least with the stock firmware, don't even support it.

The RG280V is Anbernic's latest handheld games console, and its smallest to boot. The RG280V runs on OpenDingux and should be powerful enough to emulate N64 and PS1 games smoothly.
