Bought S95 Pro several months ago. Works well till now though I torture it with several hours Zoom meeting or wa vid call a day, 4 days a week a least since I got it. Drop several times on concrete, still works fine. Frame is really tough, barely no scratch, only very minor unnoticeable scratch. Additional speaker of course isn't that great compare to JBL flip 3, but still quite useful with phone stand attached on speaker. Drawback is because battery and speaker are attached only with magnet, which apparently isn't strong enough since it can't stand movement. Speaker didn't drop but sound from music player or video stops and need to readjust position a little bit after shifting the phone on the table. But overall, this is nice rugged phone with good processor and Bluetooth 5, and I'm a clean freak, so everyday using wet cloth or soft tissue (be careful not to scratch the lens anyway) to clean everytime I feel necessary is an ease of mind thing to do, all just specs I need. Customer service do reply well when I ask about shipment. I bought via Ali express. And I'm not get paid to write this. I just write an honest review. Cheers.

I got Doogee SS95pro, and it's a great phone but not perfect... The first phone I bought had problems with the display, so they replaced it. The phone was working fine until a couple days ago it fell out of my hand, and the screen cracked. So yeah- unfortunately not completely shock-proof...

But STILL, it's a good phone, IMO with the best parameters on the market, and I will be getting the s96 pro when it comes to Amazon this December.

I bought through Doogee on Amazon, and their customer service was great, they answer fast and helped me in no time. I talked to them about the cracked screen and they refunded me no problem.

 I GOT TWO S90 FROM DOOGEE FROM KICK STARTER ONE IS STILL WORKING GOOD ALMOST TWO YEARS LATER JUST BACK SCREEN CRACKED FROM A DROP DONT BELEAVE THEY ARE UNBREAKABLE THE OTHER ONE WAS DEAD IN TWO WEEKS. NO HELP FROM DOOGEE AT ALL. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. iF YOU BUY FROM ALI, BANDGOOD OR AMAZON YOU MIGHT GET SOME HELP. bANDGOOD IS PRETTY USELESS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT AT LEAST THEY ANSWER. ALI IS GOOD FOR GETTING HEL AS IS AMAZON. BOTTOM LINE NO ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM DOOGEE. cHECK OUT KICK STARTED OLD BUYS AND READ COMPLAINT. NO HELP YOUR ON YOUR OWN THOUSANDS OF BAD REVIEWS. BUT IM STILL GETTING A S96 PRO BUT THREW AMAZON THEY WARRENTY EVERYTHING THANKS FOR LISTENING BILLY

The phone isn't worth you forget to speak about non existent updates worrying quality of the materials and absolutely no customer service that wont even reply.

Furthermore some phones of this company have been noticed to come out from the FACTORY with malware.

Mmmm read some reviews on this phone and have one question..."Where is the microphone, is it on the back cover as it is with other dooggee phones if it is shame as it means you have to shout to be heard on the phone"
