Not a single one with touchpad buttons - I never buy laptops without click buttons.

Also, Tiger Lake represents several architectural and TDP changes. Where are the equivalent changes to the laptop chassis & cooling? Manufacturers are just dumping the new CPU in the same old chassis without any enhancements to cooling to make sure the CPU runs at the highest range of the variable TDP?

Yes, lots of different models and then they can't support then.

I have a vivobook and I love the light weight, but the software support is terrible.
