Same here, I'm waiting to replace my MB16AC with a good 120Hz+ monitor.

I really think reviewers should draw their comparisons in reviews to the MB16AC because it was the first to support both DP-alt mode and displaylink over USB and is a great monitor that would be hard to exceed in every respect.

I believe the MB169B+ is the same panel and body without the DP-alt mode support (which makes me question its latency in gaming, to say the least).

The real issue isn't the response time, it's the refresh rate. I can't use a 60 Hz screen even for web browsing nowadays, it feels horrible compared to my 144 Hz desktop monitor - had to replace my laptop's panel with a 120 Hz one. I'd really like to have a good external monitor, but I'm not going to pay for a 60 Hz one.

The $200 USD 15.6-inch portable monitor uses a brand new IPS panel with full sRGB coverage and a much brighter backlight than any other external monitor we've tested thus far in this price range.
