Aren't Excavator cores, this APU uses Jaguar cores, based on Athlon 5150 Kabini, the AM1 platform.
The core is a bit different of Piledriver based and is more similar to K10 and Ryzen: just cores without modules.

The main problem is the clock speed, it can't go faster than 2.4ghz...that's why have base speed in 1.6ghz

I don't know if the price is right ofr an old platform that is less energy-efficient.
I'd rather spend the same amount for a 2200G + mobo, which in practice will probably be faster in every conceivable way, and will have better driver support.

An Aliexpress seller recently listed what appears to be a rare, unreleased AMD APU from the Excavator era. The 8-core A9-9820 leverage R7 350 graphics and bear striking similarities to the Xbox One's performance profile.
