A RasPi 4 with 4-8 GB RAM plus this case plus an SSD would just cost not the same but more than a stick form mini computer with Intel CPU (or anything but not and ARM SoC). Going on this line to promote SBCs isn't convincing as there are a lot more limitations on both hardware and software level. If you want a computer for daily basis, you'd look for something more than these single board computers. These are for DIY projects...
On one of the most popular Chinese webshop (A**e**) you can get a "Quad Core Mini PC Stick Intel N4100 4GB LPDDR4 128GB eMMC 5.1 2.4G/5.0G WiFi Bluetooth 4.2 HDMI 2.0 4K 60Hz 2xUSB3.0 Windows 10" for £120.

With the DeskPi Pro, Seeedstudio has created a case for the Raspberry Pi 4 that turns the single-board computer into a fully-fledged PC. The DeskPi Pro offers 2.5-inch HDD/SSD support and provides two full-sized HDMI ports, among other innovations.
