At 40% brightness, refresh rate at 120hz, and Wifi and battery saver on (who works with battery saver off), I get 13 hours of continuous YouTube viewing on my Tab S7 Plus.  Also, the screen brightness is outstanding. Crazy that you would actually suggest the brighter the better.  Finally why no discussion of all the value-added features software features that Android and Samsung tablets possess over iPads?

I have the S7+ and  think it has some really positive features.
1) The ratio of the screen allows two windows to nicely fit side by side.
2) Nothing is made to hold the tablet properly but if you attach 1 or 2 inch elastic strapping (cloth shop) to the back held in place with velcro to back of tablet the tablet is very easy to hold for extended periods and safer to carry.
3) There are two many common apps that do not work in side by side widows. Samsung needs to correct this.
4) Again using velcro a holder can be made to prevent loosing the S pen.
5) The small keyboard is still too big a nd should be cell phone size.
6 ) finally the speakers are very nice and produce a very easy to hear sound.
7) The volume on screen should work in the same direction as the controls.

There is no haptic feedback on the Tab S7 series.  Same goes for the older Tab S6.  Would be great to get feedback when using the onscreen keyboard. ::)

Filling the space with a flavor article is nice and all but I have not seen a single detailed test of the Tab S7 (minus the plus) IPS screen anywhere online, especially concerning color space coverage, Delta-E values and contrast. Is there anything in the pipeline?

It is also worth noting that the keyboard case is not included and adds significantly to the cost

I would really love to buy the 5g version but Samsung does not sell it in Canada. I would order it from Korea but I'm not going to pay the extra $300 in duties. I normally order from ebay and ship it to the US and drive 35 min to pick it up. But the borders are closed. So just got to wait.

And where is iPad's AMOLED display? Probably five or ten generations later...

I don't agree that 450  is not enough, I find it plenty and for outddor use with a matt screen protector is more than enough.
As for wifi again not a big deal. You need both gigabit band and wifi 6 modem to more than saturate this, and honestly very few people have. I have 10Gb internet but wifi 5 and 500-600 is plenty...
As for battery life, ipad wins but definitely not by twice as much. I have both the pro and this and real life the difference is not big, maybe it has to do with the way yours script works, but when I stream videos on both the difference is more like 20-30%

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S7+ is currently the largest tablet in the Android space. Our review reveals that Samsung has made a couple of missteps with its slate with the 12.4-inch Super AMOLED display. Read our review to find out what those missteps are and what makes this tablet especially good.
