Review author here.
It's sold only through third-party retailers. Here are a few that I've found. I didn't include them in the review due to availability based on geography; I'm not exactly sure where these sites will ship to:

gameroom(dot)lt/en/keyboards/products/genesis-thor-200-rgb-mecha-membrane-keyboard-us-3674

I'm based in the United States, but Genesis sent me the keyboard directly for review.

I am having trouble finding it for sale anywhere, guessing it's just not out yet?

The Genesis Thor 420 RGB is a compact low-profile mechanical keyboard. Using Cherry MX Blue mechanical switches, the keyboard offers excellent feedback and is highly responsive. A large feature set, including customizable RGB lighting, macro key setups, and more, offers a lot for gamers and typists alike. However, the low profile and smaller keys create issues that may turn off some potential buyers.
