-no, it absolutely does not suggest anything like that. Image quality settings are independent of resolution. Settings != resolution.

I am with you for the most part - but if you have a look at the bottom right corner of the image you will realize that it`s not about "suggested" 4K

Wait, are people writing drunk here now?

"The image does not state what resolution was used, but the inclusion of the phrase "Ultra Settings" suggests that it is 4K."
-no, it absolutely does not suggest anything like that. Image quality settings are independent of resolution. Settings != resolution.

"Additionally, RTX was enabled, which is short for Deep Learning Super Sampling (DLSS)."
- again, no. Just no. How is "RTX on" "short for" DLSS? What? RTX on means ray-tracing features in the game are enabled. Period. DLSS can be combined with RTX, but the two are independent of each other, and either can be enabled separately or together in supported games.

Thanks to god. Someone with  knowledge
I was thinking the same

Does this mean with rtx off we may only get 10% better than 2080ti? Using only rtx games as comparisons doesn't really tell us anything, except they have improved rtx. Duh. Of course they would have improved that, but no one really uses it anyway and I for one don't really care, what I want to know is the true performance/power comparisons

I always take these "performance comparison" btw gpu generation with a huge grain of salt.

I still remember the whole hype before the 20 series cards were released. All the review videos (i saw) were like "I'm not sure if it's worth, wait a bit" .

Funny thing is there was that one reviewer who said "yeah buy it with your eyes closed" which caused quite a controversy :D

If you look at the bottom right of the picture, it's a little faint but it does say that the test has been done at 4k with dlss on.

The next-generation of NVIDIA GeForce RTX graphics cards are almost here, and some leaked benchmarks point to huge performance gains for the Ampere architecture. Depending on the game, the RTX 3090 may be over 2x faster than the RTX 2080 Ti at ultra settings with RTX on.
