Is this some sort of controllable preemptive leak in order to prepare the public for release laptops with 4 core 14nm CPUs and non-Ti 1650?

Honor has hinted of a renewed partnership with Intel for its first gaming laptop, the Hunter. The company has released several AMD Ryzen 4000 Renoir machines this year, but it has seemingly looked to Intel to supply 14 nm processors for its foray into the gaming laptop market.
