"Caterpillar Inc has equipped the S62 Pro with a FLIR Lepton 3.5 sensor that can output in up to 1,440 x 1,080 pixels"

1440 x 1080 pixels means this is the OUTPUT heat image - visible on the screen of the S62. The Lepton sensor itself will have way lower resolution.

Example: if the S62 would have a 4K screen, the OUPUT from the FLIR would be 2160 x 2880.

So all in all the quote i started my post with is a very deceiving way to say the leptons image is visible full screen on the S62 (albeit aspect ratio of module sensor and s62 screen are not the same) .
