Samsung... affordable... flagship. I don't know why, but I am not buying that. No matter what happens, I am not buying it!  >:D
Hmm, I'm still open to the idea of a Note with a headphone jack and a proper processor, but a budget Note probably won't make it by the time ROGP3 drops in price and I make a final decision between that and the Sony.

Bloody exynos crap as usual in my region. Samsung has screwed over customers in Asia for a while now. Come back when you use Snapdragon across the board.
If it's the so-called 991, it's crap without doubt, if it's 1000, there may still be a chance with stock ARM cores and an AMD GPU.

How about going back to what made the note great? Like removable battery and top of the line specs instead of same specs as the s series but higher price?

And lol at 3.3 mm hole, that's like torture. The headphone jack is 3.5mm! (I'm joking, I know they mean the front camera hole)
Yeah, I was gonna say that they added a 3.3mm hole, but is missing a 3.5mm hole too :)

Too bad it still has the crappy Exynos and Bixby which no one cares about.

Come on, man, the piece literally says it will use a Snapdragon 865. The Bixby button can also be remapped, easily.

In my opinion, note 9 was last good phone in the series. Note lineup supposed to do anything without limits.
They removed 3.5mm Jack, added notch, removed sd card support. Adding a s pen doesn't make it a note, it should be capable to handle serious business needs like 3.5mm, sd card, no notch, etc.

Who would buy the Notes even if it weren't for the stylus?

Exactly. Which makes upgrading to the newest Note pretty redundant.

The upcoming Galaxy Note 20 and Note 20 Ultra may be Samsung's best smartphones this year, but prices will likely reach north of US$1500. That's a bit too expensive for most, and it appears Samsung is set to deliver another flagship phone that will likely cost right about half of that.
