Does anyone know where the RAM is installed?? I took the bottom out and its exactly like the photos shown on this page but when I peel the black and don't see it any where. I don't want to take it all apart without knowing exactly where it is.
I'm replacing both 8gb to 2x 32gb for a 64gb total.
Thanks in advance!

The keyboard and size of the MSI 17.3" is roughly the same as the MSI WS60 15.6".  MM separate each.

The MicroSD card slot appears to be painfully slow - 22MB/s ?!!! Only to be used in a pinch - best to carry around a USB 3.0 card read to get 95MB/s.

Hi,

Was the calibration done in conjunction with MSI True Color installed on the system? I'm asking because as an owner of this new laptop, having MTC installed results in increased color banding being produced and could render the calibration results useless.

I would post pictures showing the issue, but as a new user seems I'm not allowed.

With a 17" laptop, you SHOULD be able to fit a full size keyboard with a proper full sized numpad.  But I see MSI decided to go with style over function, and gimped the size of the number keys and eliminated the double wide zero key that everyone who uses a numpad is used to.

Very disappointed in this goofy decision MSI.

Props though for trying to give your customers a higher end display option.

In contrast to the similarly equipped GS75, the Creator 17 is targeted towards creative professionals as the name already tells us. However, its most unique feature is not the target group, but the brand new Mini LED display with HDR support. Is it worth the high price, or is the technology just smoke and mirrors?
