The panel on this phone has PWM in contrast to the S model. So I'd imagine they're different panels. But that's just me.

Hi,
In your reviews of Redmi Note 9S and 9Pro display brightness and contrast values are rather appart. Is it possible that display quality control is so bad?
Cause allegedly displays are exactly the same. I am trying to decide between 9S and 9 Pro, but more reviews I read more confused I am with different test measurements.
Is realy quality control so bad that basicaly I am buying based on pure luck(maybe I'll get good one)
I'll kindly ask reviewer to let me know if that is correct assumptionand should I look for some other brand?

Thanks in advance,
Jake

Good afternoon! I would like to know if the RADMI NOTE 9 PRO reproduces audio in stere (left / hight channels) through P3 or Bluetooth headphones? As I am a music lover, it bothers me when the device mixes the channels, compromising good hearing. I appreciate the answer!

Almost everybody (albeit on YouTube) has shown how the display pales in comparison to the Poco X2 but the review here paints a different story.

Could it be because of a difference in panels ? Or that the Poco X2 has a manually adjustable brightness slider that goes all the way up to 500+ nits, thus a perceived higher brightness ? That the colours are boosted at the expense of accuracy, so it looks subjectively better ? BTW it should be kept in mind that the K30 is not entirely a Poco X2.

Hopefully the panels don't vary by too much. To be precise, the Redmi Note 9 Pro and the Redmi Note 9 Pro Max.

Xiaomi tries to rattle the competition with cheap and well-equipped mid-range smartphones. With the Redmi Note 9 Pro, Xiaomi has thrown another wrench into the gears of established price points. For an MSRP of 250 Euros (~$282), the 6.67-inch smartphone comes with a 64-MP quad-camera and a massive battery. Our review will show whether a purchase is worthwhile.
