Das Mi Mix 3 5G wurde von Xiaomi bisher größtenteils links liegen gelassen, denn das Smartphone läuft auch fast anderthalb Jahre nach seinem Launch mit MIUI 10 auf Basis von Android 9 Pie. Einem neuen Statement zufolge darf man im Herbst mit MIUI 12 rechnen, Android 10 bleibt aber unwahrscheinlich.
